By booking an appointment with Donna-Marie’s Beauty Bar, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Remaining balance is due at your appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
Cancellations & Changes
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Deposits will be retained for any late cancellations or no-shows.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with deposit retained.
Patch Testing
• Patch test required minimum 72 hours before any tinting treatment.
• If the patch test is not completed in time, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit retained.
• It is your responsibility to attend your patch test.
Medical & Safety
• You must inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or recent eye/brow treatments that could affect your service.
• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe to proceed.
Age Restrictions
• Brow tinting & lash lift services are 18+ only, unless parental consent is provided and parent/guardian is present.
Photography & Portfolio
• Before & after photos may be taken for record and portfolio purposes.
• You have the right to request not to have your full face shown on social media.
Service Satisfaction
• I take pride in my work — if you have any concerns, please inform me during your appointment so adjustments can be made.
• No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.
